How do I restore my Booth Pass?
Bought the Pass before, on this iPhone or another one? You can get it back for free.
- Open Booth 77 and tap Settings, the round sliders button at the top right.
- Under Booth Pass, tap Restore purchase.
Use the Apple Account you bought it with. If Booth 77 says there’s no purchase to restore, check which Apple Account you’re signed in with.
Where are my strips saved?
Every strip is kept in Booth 77: tap Strips, at the bottom left of the booth, to see them all, newest first. When Save to Photos is on, each strip is also added to your Photos library.
To stop adding strips to Photos, open Settings in Booth 77 and turn off Save to Photos. Your strips are still kept in the app.
Deleting a strip in Booth 77 doesn’t delete its copy in Photos. Deleting the app deletes the strips kept in it, so save your favorites to Photos first.
How do I give Booth 77 camera or Photos access again?
The quickest way is from Booth 77: tap Open Settings on the camera screen, or Settings on the Photos message. It opens Booth 77’s page in the Settings app.
You can also open the Settings app, tap Apps, then Booth 77. On iOS 17, Booth 77 is in the list at the bottom of Settings.
Turn on Camera. For Photos, tap Photos and choose Add Photos Only.
If Screen Time or a profile blocks the camera, the person who manages your iPhone can allow it.
How do I share a Story?
When your strip is ready, tap Story. You can also open any strip from Strips and tap Story there. Booth 77 makes a Story-sized picture of your strip and opens the share sheet: pick Instagram or any other app.
With the Booth Pass, you can leave the Booth 77 name off: turn on Hide the Booth 77 name in Settings.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles App Store purchases, refunds included, so we can’t issue refunds ourselves. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose Request a refund, then pick the Booth Pass.
